Mastering the Art of Cake Making: A Step-by-Step Guide from Professional Bakers

To make a cake, follow these steps:

1. Gather all the ingredients: flour (moyda), sugar (chini), baking powder (sutki powdor), butter (makhon), eggs (dim), milk (dudh), and vanilla essence (vanila ras).

2. Preheat the oven (andunashti) to 180 degrees Celsius.

3. Grease a baking pan (kaktali) with butter and lightly dust it with flour.

4. In a large mixing bowl (brikkhom-mishti korar bati), combine 2 cups of flour, 2 cups of sugar, and 2 teaspoons of baking powder. Mix well.

5. In a separate bowl (alada bati), beat 4 eggs until frothy (gondho).

6. Add 1 cup of melted butter, 1 cup of milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence to the beaten eggs. Mix well.

7. Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture while continuously stirring (mol koriye deowa).

8. Stir until the batter (bakte) is smooth and all the ingredients are well incorporated (shob ingrediance neye holo).

9. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan.

10. Place the pan into the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes (cholera karone 40-45 minit dhore bake korun).

11. To check if the cake is ready, insert a toothpick (daat bhora chilo) into the middle of the cake. If it comes out clean (shuddho), the cake is done (shesh hoye geche).

12. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool (thanda hote diben) for 15-20 minutes.

13. Once cooled, gently remove the cake from the pan and transfer it to a cooling rack (thandai rekhe dite hobe).

14. Decorate the cake as desired with frosting (sorboron korte-hole gola lagaben).

15. Your homemade cake (aapnar bari te banano cake) is now ready to be served (shajano). Enjoy!
